Are these genuine Britool tools?
Yes. We supply the current Britool Hallmark range and a selection of original Britool England tools, all sourced through authorised channels.
What is the difference between 6-point and 12-point sockets?
6-point (hexagon) sockets grip on the flats of the fastener and are best for tight or worn nuts. 12-point (bi-hexagon) sockets are quicker to locate in restricted access.
Can I buy a repair kit for my ratchet?
Yes, genuine repair kits for current and many older Britool ratchets are in the Repair Kits collection.
Delivery and Collection
How much is delivery?
UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £50 inc VAT, and £3.99 below that. See Delivery & Shipping.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, from Cannock between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please call 01543 577177 first.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Email enquiries@britoolhallmark.com with your order and address and we will quote where we can.
Returns and Guarantee
What is your returns policy?
30 days from receipt for unused items in original packaging. See Returns & Refunds.
Are the tools guaranteed?
Yes. Britool Hallmark tools are covered by the Lifetime Tool Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected working life of the tool. Normal wear and tear and misuse are not covered. See Lifetime Tool Guarantee and Warranty Claims.
