We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- In their original packaging.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Return
- Email enquiries@britoolhallmark.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will confirm your return and send instructions on where to send the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item we will notify you and, if approved, refund your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank to process the refund.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
